The loan features a rate of 3.75% and a 10-year term and was negotiated by Israel Schubert of Meridian. * $6.575 million was placed on the 144-unit Pines at Bethabara multifamily property located on Bethabara Hills Dr., Winston-Salem, N.C. The loan features a rate of 3.94% and a 10-year term and was negotiated by Marvin Jeremias of Meridian. * $6.25 million was placed on the 234-unit Ridge Park Apartments multifamily located on Gold St., North Arlington, N.J.
