Meridian Capital arranges six mortgages totaling $43.1 million

Meridian Capital Group, LLC, a leading national commercial real estate finance and advisory firm, the following six transactions totaling $43.1 million: * A new $5.5 million mortgage for a six-story, 48-unit mixed-use building with 6,800 s/f of retail space on Bush St. in the Bronx. The loan features a rate of 3.23% and a five-year term. Judah Hammer and Daniel Neiss of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * New mortgages totaling $15 million were placed by Meridian on three six-story multifamily properties composed of 168 units located on New York Ave., Lincoln Place and East 19th St. in Brooklyn. The loans feature rates of 3.35% and seven-year terms. These transactions were negotiated by Allan Lieberman and Asher Haft of Meridian. * A new $11.5 million mortgage for a six-story, 88-unit multifamily building on Waldo Ave. in the Bronx. The loan features a rate of 3.75% and a seven-year term. Avi Weinstock and Chaim Tessler of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * A new $8 million mortgage was placed by Meridian on a 12-story, 31,700 s/f retail building on West 118th St. The loan features a rate of 3.75% and a seven-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Cary Pollack and Steven Cohen of Meridian. * A new $1.65 million mortgage on a four-story, 16-unit multifamily building on Bushwick Ave. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.5% and a five-year term. Sidney Teichman of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * A new $1.4 million mortgage was placed by for a four-story, 19-unit multifamily building on 83rd Street in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.63% and a seven-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Morris Diamant and Jacob Rochlitz of Meridian.
