Meet the USGBC Members: Shukry Mishrick and Richard Stott

Shukry Mishrick is the COO for The Workplace Group, and is responsible for overseeing the entire organization's service team. His experience in planning and managing large scale office installations is second to none as he is often requested to consult for many in the industry. Armed with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and seven years in the building trades, this pottery shop owner finished his Master of Architecture degree at Cal Poly in 1983. Richard Stott opened his own practice in 1988 and later joined Hank Flynn AIA in 1997. Flynn + Stott Architects concentrates on commercial, municipal and residential projects, winning numerous design awards in each category. Most recently, the HGA house, one of Long Island's first LEED Platinum and certified Carbon Neutral homes was completed in March 2010.
