Meet the USGBC Members: Fragola

Francis Fragola is the founder of Collaborative Energy Group Inc., a commercial, industrial and residential energy consulting firm working with the Energy Star program of the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Green Building Council. Fragola is the chair of the US Green Buildings Council-LI green incentive committee and a member of the technology committee. His current projects include the town of Huntington Energy Efficiency & Conservation Options Homes Program.
