Previous to joining R.J. Smith, John Lavelle was the director of business attraction for the Orange County Partnership, an economic development agency. He has experience in working with national and corporate site selectors, knowledge of economic development incentives and programs and utilizes computer based GIS systems for site analysis. Lavelle's focus is mainly on industrial and commercial development, specializing in site location analysis, state and local financial incentives, industrial development agency financing and community coordination. Additionally, he works with Team R.J. on the development of site marketing materials for their customers.
