Meet the NRC Members: Kaplan
Ronald Kaplan, CPA, is a partner and director of J.H. Cohn LLP's Real Estate Industry Practice. Kaplan previously worked for a national audit and accounting firm, where he led their N.Y. real estate group. With 20 years of experience in public accounting and the real estate industry, he provides assurance, due diligence, business advisory, and tax services to owners of commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality real estate properties in the U.S. He received a bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from James Madison University.
He is a member of the ICSC, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a licensed CPA in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
