Meet the Long Island Commercial Network Member

Irwin Krasnow is president of AREA Real Estate Associates, Inc. A licensed broker for over 12 years, he specializes in retail real estate re/development of single tenant triple net ground leases and build to suit for national tenants. Irwin also has extensive experience with restaurants and bars. He is an Eagle Scout, founding member of LISTnet and a consultant for Economic Development for Long Island Municipalities. He serves as president of Maimonides Benevolent Society, a jewish cemetery in Elmont and Brooklyn. He prides himself on his philanthropic activities on Long Island. He lives with his wife, Robin and children Sara and Hunter.
