Arldon Realty leases 4,800 s/f to The Corp. of Engineers
Arldon Realty has leased 4,800 s/f of office space to The Corp. of Engineers for a new recruiting office. They co-brokered the deal with Nancy Lustig at Lustig Realty. The owner is CL Realty. The space was leased for 5 years with a 5 year option. The second floor has 3,800 s/f which is still available.
