Meet the IREM Member - Socci

Frank Socci, Jr., CPM is the director of property management at NAI Long Island and has over 20 years of real estate experience. Socci's knowledge encompasses property management, real estate accounting and financial reporting. He manages a portfolio of over 1 million s/f consisting of retail, industrial and office buildings, plus a portfolio of over 1,600 residential units. Socci supervises NAI Long Island's property management team and under his leadership, NAI Long Island was awarded IREM's prestigious AMO of the year in 2004. Socci is the first vice president of the Greater NY Chapter of IREM and is the organization's chair of community relations undertaking such campaigns as the Annual Toys for Tots Drive and the IREM Annual Golf Outing which will be held on June 22 at Harbor Links in Port Washington.
