Meet the ICSC Members: Jonathan Gordon, CCIM of Admiral Real Estate Services and Bill Hesse of Aries Deitch and Endelson, Inc.

As president of Admiral Real Estate Services Corp., Jonathan Gordon, CCIM, oversees all matters pertaining to leasing and management services. Gordon is broadly experienced in the various phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, placement of permanent and temporary debt, and sale of transferable development rights. Over the past decade, Gordon has closed over $250 million worth of transactions. Prior to forming Admiral, Gordon served as managing director of Mosbacher Properties Group, LLC. After receiving a B.A. in Political Science and Business, Gordon earned an M.S. in Real Estate Investment & Development from NYU. In 2000, Gordon became a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), a designation awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), and in 2002 he received a diploma in NYU's Construction Project Management Program. Gordon is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he serves on the ICSC New York State Board Governmental Affairs Committee. Hesse is a graduate of Clark University. He had been an executive of The Robert Martin Co., one of Westchester's largest builder/developers, since 1973. On behalf of Robert Martin, Hesse created Space Specialists in 1982 as a shopping center brokerage subsidiary company. It represented both retailers and shopping center owners throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Aries Deitch & Endelson, Inc. was founded in November of 1993. It was the successor to Aries-Neidich Associates founded in 1946 and Henry K. Neidich & Co. Inc. In 1995 they began their partnership with Hesse.
