Meet the CIREB Members: MacAffer of CBRE/Albany
Ann MacAffer, CCIM, was the CIREB Outstanding Member of the Year in 1995 and became president the following year. She has been licensed since 1982 and been with CBRE/Albany since 1998 as an associate broker. In 1998, she was the founding president of Gilda's Club of the Capital Region, which has been serving the community since 2005. She covers all aspects of leasing and sales of commercial real estate and strives to help the client make the most informed business decisions.
