Meet the CIREB Member: Felton McLaughlin
Felton McLaughlin is an associate broker for NAI Platform. NAI Platform is a full service commercial real estate firm with 18 commercial associates and over 200 years of combined real estate experience. Since joining NAI Platform, McLaughlin has focused on the office market in both downtown Albany where he owns a number of investment properties and in the Town of Colonie where he is chairman of the Colonie Business Council. As a private investor in Albany's Center Square neighborhood, he has also focused on the brokerage of investment properties. Recently closed transactions include the sale of 357-363 Morris St., a 31-unit apartment building in Albany that sold for $2.4 million.
