Meet the BMAR Members

Matthew Engel serves on the executive committee of the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), and as a first VP of the Bronx Realty Advisory Board. Engel graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1999. Engel works at Langsam Property Services Corp., a full service real estate management company. They are responsible for the operations of approximately 8,000 housing units throughout the New York metropolitan area. When James Guarino founded Extreme Realty in 1994, Guarino envisioned a firm that would do it all and would not be afraid of working against the grain. Guarino has always lived by the motto, "Making his own luck," which he explains as hard work. To be in the best position to serve clients, there must be an unwavering commitment to their needs. Guarino is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY and the Bronx Manhattan North Association of Realtors.
