Meet the BMAR Member: Christine Monahan

Christine Monahan serves as Sr. account executive of Original Energy a full service Energy Company since 2010. In this capacity Monahan currently oversees over 180 active Oil to Natural Gas conversions, and personally handles annual Local Law 84 benchmarking for all of Original's clients. In additional Monahan manages all in-house as well as outside marketing for Original. Her background includes experience in both property management for Brown Harris Stevens and technology/training for Apple Computer Inc. Since joining Original Energy, Monahan has managed to save New York City property owners millions of dollars by helping them to convert to clean heat, comply with local laws, and by bringing transparency to their commodity prices. Monahan takes extreme pride in her relationship with her clients, and will never fail to go the extra mile, whether it will helps save them money or simply to make their jobs and lives easier.
