McIndoo of Community Commercial brokers $730,000 restaurant sale

Port Washington, NY  Community Commercial has brokered the sale of the Chez Noelle restaurant, located at 34 Willowdale Ave. The 2,500 s/f property is located on a 7,200 s/f lot and sold for $730,000.  Todd McIndoo of Community Commercial represented the seller, Chez Noelle Inc., and Pamela Karmaniolos of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyer, AkalJot, Inc.

The restaurant will undergo renovations and open under new ownership. The family that purchased the property currently operates several successful restaurants in the New York metro area and has yet to set a specific theme for the restaurant.
