McIndoo of Community Commercial brokers $1.2 million sale

Garden City South, NY Community Commercial has brokered the sale of a 3,000 s/f building at 17 Nassau Blvd. This village building sold for $1.2 million representing $400 per s/f. Todd McIndoo of Community Commercial represented the seller.  The buyers were represented by Steve Kim of Kingstone Realty.

Community Commercial, founded in 2015 by McIndoo, provides owner representation, tenant representation, consulting, and investment services. The company gives 4-10% of their revenue to local charitable partners.
