Georgatos of Island Associates arranges two leases - 3,042 s/f total

Middle Island, NY Arche Georgatos of Island Associates has brokered two leases totaling 3,042 s/f. 

In the first deal, he leased 2,042 s/f, for aggregate rental of $360,000, at the Strathmore Commons located at 1245 Middle Country Rd. The landlord of Strathmore Commons, 1245 Middle Country Road LLC, welcomes the new tenant, Shaolin Kung Fu & Fitness Inc., to the 145,000 s/f shopping center. Shaolin Kung Fu & Fitness will join anchor King Kullen Supermarket, Subway, Sprint, Dollar Tree, Lemon Tree, Carvel, McDonalds, All Island Pet Supplies and soon to be open Golds Gym. 

In the second deal, Georgatos  represented the landlord, JMK Spur Associates, Inc., and tenant in the lease of 1,000 s/f at 333 Spur Dr.  North, Bay Shore. The tenant, Ray Grabhorn of Backroom Graphics, will join Alert Glass, Janitorial Supplies, and All Around Tire Shop.
