McGuire Development expands team with Wieczorek and Bress; promotes Panczykowski, Guash and Clabeaux

Buffalo, NY McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, real estate consulting and property management firm, revealed the promotion of three team members and two new hires. Catherine Panczykowski, McGuire Development’s executive assistant has been promoted to office manager. Panczykowski has been an invaluable team member for the last four years and will continue to be an asset in her new position. In her new role, she will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the office, will manage the new hire on-boarding program, and continue to assist the leadership team. Crystal Guash has been promoted to assistant property manager from dispatch operator. In her new role, Guash will be assisting McGuire Development’s assistant vice president and property management specialist in the management of our portfolio properties. Jeffrey Clabeaux has moved to the real estate services team from the property management department. In his new role, Clabeaux will be working on the leasing of McGuire Development’s portfolio properties. Matthew Wieczorek has joined McGuire Development’s property management department as its new portfolio operations manager and dispatch operator. He will be responsible for addressing tenant needs, processing work orders and managing the activities of the maintenance staff. Eric Bress has joined the team as a marketing and real estate development specialist. He is a recent graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in management. Bress will be assisting the marketing and owner representation departments in his new role.
