Blue Hill Plaza consists of two class A office buildings totaling 1.1 million s/f. The ownership represents a partnership of Westchester County-based Robert Martin Co. and a Hong Kong and Manhattan-based real estate company, Glorious Sun.
Blue Hill Data Services, Inc., an information technology outsourcing infrastructure services provider, has been a tenant at Blue Hill Plaza since 1997.
