According to Glorious Sun Robert Martin, LLC, Blue Hill Data Services, Inc. has leased 49,772 s/f at Blue Hill Plaza, its class A office complex. The lease consists of a 30,672 s/f renewal for eight years and 11 months, and a 19,100 s/f expansion for 11 years.
Blue Hill Data was represented by Christopher Marx, Joseph Messina and James Dale of Studley. Glorious Sun Robert Martin, LLC was represented by Carol McGuire and Ivan Abry, both senior directors of leasing at Mack-Cali.
Blue Hill Plaza consists of two class A office buildings totaling 1.1 million s/f. The ownership represents a partnership of Westchester County-based Robert Martin Co. and a Hong Kong and Manhattan-based real estate company, Glorious Sun.
Blue Hill Data Services, Inc., an information technology outsourcing infrastructure services provider, has been a tenant at Blue Hill Plaza since 1997.
