Richard Ferro, CCIM, has 19 years experience in commercial real estate, having transitioned to the business after 19 years in a corporate manufacturing environment with General Electric. His areas of concentration have been office and warehouse space, investment properties and business brokerage. He is currently the principal broker of Prudential Blake-Atlantic, Realtors, responsible for recruiting, training and coaching of the company's associates. Active in real estate in the Albany region for more than 20 years, Tracy Metzger, broker owner of TL Metzger & Associates, started her own full service brokerage firm with two distinct teams specializing in commercial and residential real estate services in 2000. TL Metzger is now ranked as one of the top brokerage companies in the region with average annual sales of $40 million. In 2008, the company received the Small Business of the Year Award from the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce.
