JF Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, located at 2 Clinton Sq., brokered a lease for the U.S. Small Business Administration at The Syracuse Building located at 224 Harrison St. The SBA leased 3,600 s/f and will be relocating from its current operations at 401 South Salina St. later this year. Martin McDermott, senior vice president at JF Real Estate represented the landlord. JF Real Estate is a multifaceted real estate brokerage company.
