McDermott of JF Real Estate handles three leases totaling 1,813 s/f

JF Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, located at 2 Clinton Sq., brokered three retail leases totaling 1,813 s/f in the Armory Sq. section. The deal included the following: * Couture Closet leased 813 s/f at 327 West Fayette St. Couture Closet is relocating from their current location in Liverpool by June 1. * Empire Brewing Co. leased 500 s/f at 120 Walton St. Empire Brewing leased the first floor Walton St. location as a private dining room for special events. * David's Studio lease 500 s/f at 120 Walton St. David's Studio is relocating from their current Warren St. location by June 1. Martin McDermott, senior vice president at JF Real Estate represented the landlords on all three transactions. JF Real Estate is a multifaceted real estate brokerage company.
