McDermott of JF Real Estate brokers two leases

JF Real Estate brokered two leases at Fayetteville Sq. at 511 East Genesee St. The first lease was to The Village Toy Shop, which will open a toy store in the 2,400 s/f storefront. The second lease was to David Cooper who will open a new retail shop specializing in the buying and selling of antique coins, bullion, gold, silver and other precious metals. Martin McDermott, senior VP at JF Real Estate represented the landlord.
