JF Real Estate brokered two leases at Fayetteville Sq. at 511 East Genesee St. The first lease was to The Village Toy Shop, which will open a toy store in the 2,400 s/f storefront. The second lease was to David Cooper who will open a new retail shop specializing in the buying and selling of antique coins, bullion, gold, silver and other precious metals.
