McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt honored by NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association at awards event

White Plains, NY Three major development projects in which the law firm of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP, (MGS) played an integral role have been honored by the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. 

The projects were recognized as “Westchester County Transformative Deals” during NAIOP’s annual Connecticut and Suburban New York awards event held recently. 

MGS played a key role in obtaining the zoning changes and approvals necessary for the projects in Harrison and White Plains to proceed. The specific projects recognized were: 

• The Toll Brothers/Normandy Real Estate Partners Caraway development is a transformation of 1.5 million s/f of office space along the I-287 corridor in Harrison into a multifamily residential development with 421 rental apartments, including 42 affordable units. 

• Wegmans Food Markets constructing a 125,000 s/f, stand-alone store on a 20-acre site on Corporate Park Dr. in Harrison adjacent to the new Corporate Park Drive residential development. 

• Danone North America, relocating its headquarters to 1 Maple Ave. and expanding the 4th floor space by an additional 15,000 s/f as well as an additional 23,000 s/f mezzanine level to accommodate their needs.
