McCoy of NAI LI arranges $5.45 million sale of 7.3 acres

Sayville, NY Dennis McCoy, senior director of NAI Long Island, represented Brightview Senior Living in the purchase of 7.5 acres located at Broadway and Rte. 27. Brightview purchased the land from Anthony James Fusco, LLC for $5.45 million. 

Development will begin on their first-ever Long Island senior living facility in June. The seller represented themselves.
