McArthur named senior vice president at Cassidy Turley

According to Cassidy Turley, Judd McArthur has joined the firm's local office as senior vice president. McArthur has a long history of managing a variety of corporate clients on a local and national level making him a fitting candidate. In his new role, McArthur will focus on providing tenant representation services with a specialty in office leasing in the city. McArthur brings 25 years of experience in brokerage and corporate real estate to the firm. Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, McArthur served as a senior vice president with Cresa. "Judd will be a tremendous asset to Cassidy Turley New York, bringing a wealth of in-depth knowledge of the Tri-State markets and a true understanding of meeting client business objectives," comments Peter Hennessy, president, New York Tri-State. McArthur is the recipient of NAIOP Fairfield County Deal of the Year award in 2005 for an 85,000-square-foot relocation of Vertrue Incorporated to Norwalk, CT. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Investment from New York University, and a BA in Economics from Muhlenberg College.
