MBA of NY names three new officers

The Mortgage Bankers Association of New York, Inc. (MBA of New York) designated three new officers, a president, VP and treasurer, for a two-year term. Michael Hurley, Jr., Esq, was elected president of MBA of NY. He previously served as VP for two years. Currently, he is a partner at the law firm of Cassin & Cassin LLP. Michael Fletcher was elected VP of MBA of NY. Previously, Fletcher served as the treasurer of the MBA of NY. Currently, he serves as VP and senior relationship manager at Washington Mutual (WaMu) in the commercial real estate lending group. Vincent Nicoletta, Esq, was elected treasurer of MBA of NY. He previously served as the chairman of the group's educational board. He is a founding principal of Greenberg Nicoletta & Stein, LLP, a full-service boutique real estate law firm based in the Grand Central District of Midtown Manhattan.
