“Since joining the firm five years ago, Dan has continuously dedicated himself to mastering the Brooklyn real estate market, developing key relationships while growing and managing our team. His tenacity and work ethic have paved the way for some of our most notable deals and we are pleased to acknowledge Dan’s accomplishments and promotion to partner,” said Ofer Cohen, founder and president of TerraCRG.

Specializing in the sale of commercial assets, Marks developed an expertise in industrial to office repositioning, mixed-use development, as well as core assets in North Brooklyn. In 2015 alone, he led his team on almost $250 million worth of commercial property sales and throughout his time at TerraCRG, he has handled over $500 million worth of transactions.

Marks joined TerraCRG in 2011 as vice president, focusing on growing the firms’ strong foothold in the Brooklyn commercial real estate market, specializing in industrial and office properties.

In December of 2015, just six months ago, he was promoted to senior vice president and team leader of the firms’ leading investment sales team, working alongside Cohen.

Last year, the firm handled over $500 million worth of commercial property in Brooklyn, including some of the largest development sites, multifamily assets and retail buildings.
