Mark Zborovsky & Co. closes sale of 16 unsold sponsor units
A block of 16 unsold sponsor units in Greystone Condominium at 127 West 82nd St. has just been sold, according to Mark Zborovsky, president of Mark Zborovsky & Co., Inc. The property is a 10-story pre-war building located two blocks off Central Park in the Upper West Side area and sold for just under $6 million.
