What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2012? The state of our economy shows promise for 2012. Although conservative real estate trends are still likely to continue, we are also looking forward to a more fiscally productive 2012 and an expanding commercial market. What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2011? Mojo Stumer has had very proud moments in 2011: winning a highly acclaimed Archi award for design excellence in residential interiors and a commendation for commercial design; completing our first monograph; articles in Architectural Record, Interior Design, Residence magazine in China, and numerous yacht and boating magazines for our first yacht. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2011? We were thrilled to see our first luxury yacht project, SKY, set sail in 2010. We worked collaboratively with Heesen Yachts on 165 ft. vessel, which was constructed in The Netherlands. This very successful achievement last year brought us to landing a second yacht design. We are currently working on this yacht interiors with Heesen Yachts again. The relationship between the highly precise detailing of yacht design with the creative opulence of the interior architecture will be the key element in the projects' future success. What are your resolutions for 2012? Mojo Stumer Associates is resolved to continue improving the quality of our clients' lives through better and more creative architecture an interior design.
