Being known as a significant net lease investment group has broadened our investment possibilities and increased our presence in the marketplace. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? : Iridium Capital was able to acquire a portfolio of 10 Dollar General stores across the U.S. This acquisition doubles the properties under our management and creates an even more diversified portfolio for our investors. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : Being involved in the net lease world, which actually has a very low correlation with the broader real estate market, we have seen a lot of activity as we deal with developers and their agents across the country. There is significant expansion in the net lease retail sector for commercial properties. We expect this to continue throughout the coming years.
