Brockport, NY Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Unity Hospital at Brockport, a 29,497 s/f triple-net-leased property, according to Michael Glass, regional manager of the firm’s Cleveland office. The asset sold for $8.67 million.
Ryan Moore and Christopher Mitchel, real estate agents in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a REIT, was secured by Moore and Mitchel. John Krueger, the firm’s broker of record in Manhattan, assisted in closing this transaction.
Unity Hospital at Brockport is located at 6668 4th Section Rd. The property is 100% leased by Unity Hospital of Rochester with a remaining lease term of 13 years.
Constructed in 2011 and expanded in 2015, services provided at the property include primary care, OBGYN, lab and x-ray services. The Unity Hospital of Rochester is a large not-for-profit hospital that was part of the Unity Health System, which merged in 2014 with the Rochester General Hospital to form the Rochester Regional Health System (RRHS). RRHS is one of the largest health systems in the region.
