Marcus & Millichap names Felson sr. assoc.

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has named Zachary Felson a senior associate, according to J.D. Parker, regional manager of the office. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2005 as an agent specializing in multifamily property sales. In 2007, he was promoted to associate and in 2008 he received the company's Gold Achievement Award and was named the No. 1 broker in the firm's area office. "Zach has extensive experience in commercial real estate as an investment specialist and as a member of the firm's National Multi Housing Group," said Parker. "He has been an asset to our investment specialists and instrumental in expanding our national market-making capabilities to clients in Brooklyn and throughout New York City." With more than 1,300 investment professionals in offices nationwide, Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services is the largest firm specializing in commercial real estate investment services in the nation. Marcus & Millichap closed 3,756 transactions in 2008, the highest of any commercial real estate brokerage firm.
