Marcus & Millichap brokers $15 million sale of multi-state NAPA Auto Parts portfolio

4507 Hard Scrabble Road - Columbia, SC

Palmetto, FL Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a nine-property NAPA Auto Parts portfolio for $15,025,104. The portfolio includes properties in Palmetto, FL.; Buford, GA.; Southaven, MS.; Columbia, S.C.; Richmond, VA.; Liverpool, N.Y.; West St. Paul, MN.; Universal City, TX.; and Phoenix, AZ.

“This was a strategic acquisition allowing the buyer to control a diversified portfolio with a solid national tenant in the growing auto parts sector,” said Alex Zylberglait, executive managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office. “The seller took the opportunity to monetize this portfolio after many years of ownership and a recent tenant renewal.”

Zylberglait exclusively marketed the properties on behalf of the seller, a private group, and worked in association with Marcus & Millichap’s brokers of record in Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, Virginia, New York, Minnesota, Texas and Arizona: John Leonard, Mickey Davis, Ben Yelm, Brian Hosey, John Horowitz, Jon Ruzicka, Tim Speck and Ryan Sarbinoff, respectively.

The 56,976 s/f portfolio consists of eight properties under master leases and one property in Palmetto, under a direct lease. NAPA Auto Parts is an automotive parts retailer and distributor with over 6,000 locations across the U.S. and Canada, serving both professional repair shops and individual consumers.
