Marcus & Millichap arranges sale of Verizon Wireless for $875,000; Yozwiak, Matthews, Roti, and J.D. Parker complete sale

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, one of the nation's largest real estate investment service firms, has arranged the sale of Verizon Wireless, a 2,500 s/f net-leased property located at 1 1/2 Malby Ave., according to Michael Glass, regional manager of the firm's Columbus office. The asset sold for $875,000. Dan Yozwiak and Antoine Matthews, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Frank Roti, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago O'Hare office. J.D. Parker, broker, assisted in closing this transaction.
