Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. hires Oreskovic

Sandra Oreskovic

Manhattan, NY Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has appointed Sandra Oreskovic as director of human resources.

Oreskovic’s responsibilities will include leading Skyline’s recruitment efforts, orienting new team members through the onboarding process, and supporting ongoing employee development and engagement. She will also be entrusted with reviewing and updating policies and practices to confirm they best serve the organization.

Her excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal prowess, organizational expertise and strategic problem-solving abilities make her a natural fit for the position,” said Laurie Zucker, vice chairwoman at Manhattan Skyline Management Corporation.  “We are confident that Sandra’s capabilities and experience will produce excellent results for our organization and employees.”

Oreskovic brings more than two decades of experience to her position.  She most recently served as an HR consultant at Havas Heath & You Media, where she was responsible for providing recommendations on staffing needs, developing strategies to improve employee-leadership relationships, growing workforce initiatives and collaborating on employee engagement and coaching.

Prior to her time at Havas, Oreskovic oversaw all HR functions at West Side Federation for Senior & Supportive Housing. She also has vast experience with employee benefits from her previous positions, including with Seabury Group, Emigrant Bank and Electrolux.  Oreskovic holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR Management from Capella University.
