Manhattan Skyline leases 488 s/f to Les Toiles Du Soleil in East Hampton

According to Manhattan Skyline, Les Toiles Du Soleil, a high-quality fabric and accessories retailer famous for its contemporary coastal style, sophisticated look and durability, will open a boutique at 78 Park Place. This will be the French fabric maker's first store in the Hamptons. "We're thrilled to introduce Les Toiles Du Soleil to East Hampton," said Joshua Roth, vice president of retail leasing at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. "The shop's array of colorful fabrics and accessories are ideal for this upscale oceanfront community." Les Toiles Du Soleil signed a long-term lease for the 488 s/f, ground floor space, set alongside the main retail corridor in East Hampton. The town has some of the east coast's most beautiful homes, renowned beaches, restaurants and chic fashion retailers, including James Perse, Coach, John Varvatos, J. Crew, Theory, Tory Burch, Nili Lotan, Elie Tahari, Michael Kors, Eileen Fisher and Ralph Lauren. Customer parking is also available for Les Toiles Du Soleil.
