Mandell of GFP Real Estate leases 4,422 s/f to Morgane Le Fay at 640 Ninth Ave.

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC said that women’s fashion brand Morgane Le Fay has signed a new lease for 4,422 s/f on the 14th floor of 630 Ninth Ave., also known as The Film Center Building.

Founded in 1983 by Liliana Casabal, the company will utilize its new location as a design studio and for its general and executive offices; the space was previously occupied by Welz.

“Morgane Le Fay wanted a high floor in a prime Midtown West location that offered unobstructed views and abundant sunlight for both the showroom space and the onsite design team,” said Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate.

Mandell represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate. Joshua Berger of Norman Bobrow & Co. represented the tenant.
