Mandell of GFP Real Estate leases 4,100 s/f to Extron Electronics

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC has signed RGB Systems Inc. (d.b.a.) Extron Electronics, to a five-year lease extension for its existing 4,100 s/f on the 8^th floor of 247 West 37^th St. in the Garment District.

Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, and the tenant, RGB Systems Inc. (d.b.a.) Extron Electronics in this direct transaction. Extron, which operates more than 30 offices worldwide, first moved into the building in 2012 and will continue to use the space for its general and executive offices.
