Majerovsky of Citywide Properties leases 2,000 s/f

Sasha Majerovsky, vice president, of Citywide Properties, Inc., has negotiated a 2,000 s/f, five year lease. On the Move Events, Inc., an event planning and entertainment firm has relocated from West 26th St., to 144 West 37th St. They had signed a five year lease for a portion of the 2nd floor of 2,000 s/f with an asking rent of $35 per s/f. "The open loft-like space with high-ceiling and wood floor enables them to design and construct a space that was beneficial to their needs and offered a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for their clients," said Majerovsky. Sasha Majerovsky represented the tenant and landlord said, "144 West 37th St., a 6 story, 1920s commercial office building, located in the Penn Plaza/Garment submarket is now 100% leased."
