Who are three women- living or dead - that you would like to have drinks with and why?
1. Marilyn Monroe: She was fearless, knew exactly what she wanted and let nothing stand in her way-especially being a woman in a man's world.
2. Condoleezza Rice: Absolutely a hero of mine. She is smart, strong-willed, powerful and respected. Her favorite band is Led Zeppelin and she wants to be the commissioner of the NFL.
3. My mom: I've learned everything from her. She is the kindest, smartest, most entertaining woman I know. She makes me a better person professionally and personally.

Active investors seeking rent-stabilized properties often gravitate toward buildings that have been held under long-term ownership — and for good reasons. These properties tend to be well-maintained, both physically and operationally, offering a level of stability
