Pinnola and Maffia also represented the landlord and tenant in negotiations for a 9,000 s/f warehouse lease at their 54,000 s/f multi-tenant building at 420 Doughty Blvd., Inwood. The premise contains two loading docks and a drive-in, and is convenient to JFK Airport and the Five Boros, which are the tenant's primary distribution market.
