Maffia and Pinnola of NAI LI complete 2 transactions - 18,000 s/f
February 4, 2008 - Long Island
NAI Long Island's Brian Pinnola and Joseph Maffia sold the 9,000 s/f office and warehouse building on 1 acre at 299 Feldman Court to Hunter EMS. The purchaser will use a portion of the building and yard as an ambulance and ambulette depot and dispatch facility. The seller leased back a portion of the office space and yard. Anthony Gerrato of Reinhardt, Becker, Ford & Assoc. represented the seller.
Pinnola and Maffia also represented the landlord and tenant in negotiations for a 9,000 s/f warehouse lease at their 54,000 s/f multi-tenant building at 420 Doughty Blvd., Inwood. The tenant, AALO Wholesale Vegetables and Fruits, will install a refrigerated walk-in box inside their new warehouse to store the perishables they distribute. The premise contains two loading docks and a drive-in, and is convenient to JFK Airport and the Five Boros, which are the tenant's primary distribution market.
