Madison Int’l. Realty partners with Oonee for cycle parking/service pods

New York, NY Oonee has partnered with Madison International Realty to bring its cycle parking and service pods to Madison properties Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn and Queens Place Mall in Elmhurst.

Oonee is a smart, modular bike pod that can be custom-built to meet the needs of both cyclists and pedestrians in varied environments. The installations at Brooklyn’s Atlantic Terminal and Queens Place Mall would represent the second and third locations in the growing network; the first launched at Lower Manhattan’s Water-Whitehall Plaza last fall. Each installation will feature accommodation for 20 bicycles and 3 scooters at a time, as well as a green roof and seating options. Members of the public can gain access to the units for monthly or daily rates.

Atlantic Center and Queens Place are part of a 12-property NYC retail portfolio that Madison acquired in 2017.

“The tremendous growth of cycling in New York demands improved infrastructure for secure parking,” said Oonee founder and CEO Shabazz Stuart. “We hope that the addition of this crucial utility will lead to an improved transportation experience for the entire community. We look forward to continuing to expand the network throughout the five boroughs.”

“We are pleased to partner with Oonee and are targeting a wide variety of amenities for  our retail properties throughout the boroughs, especially the signature Atlantic Center.  We are looking to offer the best in innovative retail for a distinct visitor experience,” said Evan Walke, portfolio manager at Madison International Realty.

The death of the generic offering memorandum: What buyers expect in 2025 - by Kimberly Zar Bloorian

There was a time when an offering memorandum (OM) was pretty bare bones, some photos, a few bullet points on income, and a rent roll thrown in at the back. That used to get the job done. Not anymore. In 2025, buyers are sharper, faster, and more selective. They’re looking
