M&C Saatchi Group relocates to 13,000 s/f at 16 West 22nd St.

Manhattan, NY Saatchi Group, a London-based creative agency with offices worldwide has signed a new 10-year lease for 13,000 s/f — the entire ninth floor — at 16 West 22nd St. in the Flatiron District.

Barbara Yagoda of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transaction; Michael Thomas and Aiden Campbell of Colliers International represented the tenant, M&C Saatchi Group.

The company, which was located at 88 Pine St. and is expected to move into the building this month, will use the space for its general and executive offices. GFP Real Estate also serves as the building’s property manager.
