Luxury residential developments to open near famous NYC venues

Brooklyn, NY Brooklyn Crossing  — a 51-story, 858-unit residential building in Prospect Heights, developed by The Brodsky Organization and Greenland USA, offers studios to three-bedroom units, with access to 26,000 s/f of luxury amenities, including a private gym and fitness center, onsite parking, multiple lounges and event rooms, and a Sky Lounge and rooftop pool that overlook Barclays’ rooftop greenhouse. Entertainment connoisseurs will never miss out on the action by living at the crossroad to sports, music, art and food.

Bankside is Brookfield Properties’ $950 million, 4.3-acre mixed-use development along the waterfront in the Mott Haven neighborhood, just over a mile from Yankee Stadium. The master plan includes more than 1,350 rental apartments with views of Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx and unlocks access to Mott Haven’s waterfront for the first time in more than a century. The 458-unit Third at Bankside opened its doors, while Lincoln at Bankside and its 921 apartments will open in 2024. The Brookfield team expects interest from those who work at the local hospitals and the courthouse, as well as at Yankee Stadium. Opening day is April 5. 

The Eugene, a rental offering within the neighborhood, Manhattan West, is a 62-story, 844-unit glass residential tower developed by Brookfield Properties offering studio to three-bedroom residences, as well as 55,000 s/f of lifestyle and recreational amenities including a La Palestra Wellness & Fitness Center, rooftop, rock climbing wall, piano lounge, exclusive resident events and a regulation-size basketball court. MSG, the most popular arena in the world, is a block and a half away. 

BLVD, a new development project in Forest Hills, Queens, is a 10-story, 74-unit apartment building offering onsite parking, a landscaped courtyard, business center with a private conference room and multiple workstations and a children’s playroom. The property offers studios to three-bedrooms, many of which have private outdoor space.
