Luxury rental market expanding with 1125 Banner Avenue and 2750 East 12th Street; Two boutique apartment buildings totaling 102-units of modern and refined living

The luxury rental market has expanded into Southern Brooklyn with the opening of two boutique apartment buildings in Sheepshead Bay located at 1125 Banner Ave. and 2750 East 12th Street. The two buildings nestled on two adjacent lots, which were originally conceived as high end condominiums, have the look and feel of a gated community right in the heart of this quiet middle class neighborhood. The Sheepshead Bay housing market has been on the upswing for the past ten years with demand for newly constructed condominiums and co-ops as well as single and two family homes on the rise. However, until the release of the 102 apartments which make up 1125 Banner Ave. and 2750 East 12th Street there was a limited supply of modern and refined rental units. 1125 Banner Ave. and 2750 East 12th St., which stand at twelve and seven stories respectively, consist of oversized apartments which are a mixture of primarily one and two bedrooms apartments as well as studios and three bedroom units. Each building is topped off with elegant penthouse apartments, which have their own private decks allowing for easy viewing of the Manhattan skyline and Atlantic Ocean. Careful attention was paid to meeting the needs of the residents of the complex with amenities both within the units as well as the common areas. Each unit is built out with all the modern finishes one would find in any of the other comparable developments popping up all over Downtown Brooklyn and Williamsburg. All of the apartments contain marble bathrooms, granite kitchens with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. The common areas are complete with a lounge, a fully built out gym as well as a large outdoor deck. Additionally, the 70 enclosed parking spaces available to the tenants offset the high demand for parking in the area. New residents are able to enjoy both the quiet of this quaint residential neighborhood as well as the easy access to Manhattan that a short ride on the B subway can offer. 1125 Banner Avenue and 2750 East 12th St. offers the vibrancy and amenities which one would expect from a new luxury development as well the serenity and ease found in any private enclave.
