Breslin of Breslin Realty secures 50,000 s/f Walmart

According to Wilbur Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Development Corp., the firm revealed that Walmart will open a new Walmart concept at Levittown Mews located on the south side of Hempstead Turnpike. The 50,000 s/f facility, formerly occupied by a Waldbaum's supermarket, will be the first Walmart Neighborhood Market to open on Long Island. The new facility will open on July 17 and will join Ulta, Mandee, Hurricane Grill, Leslie Pools, Lane, Lane Bryant, Children's Place, European Wax and Firehouse Subs. Breslin, owner of the shopping center, negotiated the long-term transaction. Breslin has been involved with Walmart in the development of their New York stores in Middle Island, Centereach, Port Jefferson, East Meadow, Farmingdale, Westbury, Islandia, and their Brunswick, New Jersey store.
