The space has 12 ft. of frontage on Lexington Ave. Nearby retailers include, Duane Reade, CVS, Le Pain Quotidian, T-Mobile and UPS. Jill Lovatt, director of retail leasing at Massey Knakal, represented 1324 Lexington Avenue, LLC in the long-term lease. Olivier Nails, a nail salon, will occupy the ground floor retail space.
