Lovatt of Massey Knakal secures 350 s/f retail lease

Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a retail lease for the 350 s/f store on the ground floor of 1324 Lexington Ave. The building is located on the west side of Lexington Ave. between 88th and 89th Sts. on the Upper East Side. The space has 12 ft. of frontage on Lexington Ave. Nearby retailers include, Duane Reade, CVS, Le Pain Quotidian, T-Mobile and UPS. Jill Lovatt, director of retail leasing at Massey Knakal, represented 1324 Lexington Avenue, LLC in the long-term lease. Olivier Nails, a nail salon, will occupy the ground floor retail space. What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
